Cancellation Policy

Note:  If the customer cancelled the order before dispatch, they will receive the full refund of their order amount. and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. Learn more about refund processing timelines here.

If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.

If your order is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Gola Market: Please contact the seller to request cancellation.
